Since I was young, I always love to have cake in every
birthdays or any occasions that I go to. How i love to have a sweet tooth!! :) For me, cake symbolizes a celebration
and it can bring happiness to any celebrants and guests. Hence, birthdays won’t
be complete without any cake. It comes in different shapes, flavors and sizes. Some
of them are made of different frosting and filling such as buttercream, chocolate
ganache, marshmallow and many more. But for me, one that standout is caramel and that’s where Estrel’s Caramel Cakes are known for.
They specializes in made to order chiffon cake covered with caramel icing. It's not too sweet and the cake bread can speak for itself. For me, chiffon covered with caramel has the perfect combination! :) I have known this specialty cake since I worked here in Manila. Whenever there’s work day gatherings and parties, Estrel’s caramel cake is always present because our office is located nearby. They have been in the cake making industry since 1946. Can you imagine? 70 years in the business and still alive and very much successful. That can attest to the high quality of their tasty products. They only have 1 store located in 54 Scout Tobias corner Scout Limbaga Streets,Barangay Laging Handa, Quezon City 1103. If you wish to order, they prefer to call their direct lines and the payment needs to be deposited atleast a day before your special event. The deposit slip will be presented upon pick up of the order. Estrel’s has always been and still a made to order cake shop. You can’t have small round cakes readily available for walk in customers. They only have it in slices. Aside from their famous caramel cakes, you can choose what filling and frosting for your ordered cake, it's either in buttercream, marshmallow or plain caramel.Also, they are offering desserts such as food for the Gods, baked leche flan, apple squares and chocolate chip walnut cookies.

As an Estrel’s caramel cake fanatic, I can no longer
remember how many cakes I have ordered from them, for my birthdays as well as
